These are prices excluding VAT:

Price for each document
**Price for an intervener. For each additional participant a cost of €4 is added.

First Consultation Price: €50*
Hourly Price: The hourly rate can be €60, €80 or €100, depending on the complexity of the task and the level of specialization and experience of the lawyer involved.
In exceptional cases, the price/hour can be determined below or above the mentioned minimum and maximum limits.

FEES POLICY

 

Fees are calculated based on the time spent dealing with each matter.
After the first consultation, a fee proposal is presented to the Client, in which the applicable price/hour is determined and the execution time is estimated. The price to be charged per hour of work may vary depending on the degree of complexity of the task and/or the level of expertise of the intervening lawyer. As for the forecast of the time to be spent, it is not, as a rule, possible to accurately predetermine it. Therefore, the fee proposal is based on an interval between the minimum and the maximum number of hours we will spend. In this way, the Client can be properly informed of the maximum cost that he will have to bear with our intervention.

 

BILLING POLICY

 

In line with the fee policy illustrated above, our invoices contain the details of each task performed, the time spent in execution and the cost of the task. In this way, the Customer has the opportunity to check the path of solving his problem.

 

With exceptions, we do not request provisions from Customers. On the other hand, we opted for monthly invoicing, charging each month for the work carried out in the previous one.
